Dr. Kerstin Häringer holds an academic degree in electrical engineering and a PhD degree in medical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany.

 In 2002 she founded MAG & More, a device technology company focused on the field of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. Within MAG & More she has worked as a product manager and has experience in hardware development, risk management, regulatory affairs, quality management, and general management.

In 2021 MAG & More joined the neurocare group and Kerstin continues to oversee operations and general management of the business unit.
