Tariq El-Titi holds an MBA from the London Business School and is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA). He is a seasoned healthcare specialist who has worked at C-level roles in numerous private and publicly listed multinationals, semi-government organizations and start-up companies across the UK, Europe & the Middle East.

Tariq relocated from the UK to the UAE in 2003 and has spent the past 20 years deeply involved in the development and growth of the healthcare sector throughout the UAE & GCC. His executive leadership experience includes founding roles at Dubai Healthcare City, Mubadala Healthcare’s Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Proximie.

Tariq founded Janus Ventures in 2018, focused on bringing disruptive new health technologies to the Middle East. Janus Ventures has since built up a portfolio of venture investments across UAE, Saudi Arabia & the UK. Tariq has a successful fundraising and investment track record with multiple exits.

Tariq and his wife have two children and he has a personal passion for leadership, adventure and all things sport, including being an avid follower of Arsenal FC.
