Frank brings over 25 years of diverse experience spanning audit, financial services, ICT, and healthcare. He holds degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Nivra-Nijenrode University, focusing on Business Economics and Audit.

In the past decade, Frank co-owned and managed a healthcare company in The Netherlands, transforming it into a profitable venture serving vulnerable populations. His integrated approach prioritizes stakeholder well-being alongside business success, honing strategic foresight to navigate challenges effectively.

Inspired by Rotterdam's "act, don't chat" ethos and ancient wisdom, Frank emphasizes action and integrity in leadership. He is passionate about improving mental healthcare accessibility and outcomes in The Netherlands.

Frank leverages his expertise to implement neurocare's global mission and strategy in The Netherlands.  With broad support of his fellow employees, he aims to drive professionalization, innovation, and global growth while fostering a motivated team.
