Norman has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in medical devices and clinic networks to neurocare, spanning over 30 years.

Throughout his career at Fresenius Medical Care, Norman held various key roles, overseeing Sales across multiple European countries, leading the European Marketing Team, driving Business Development, and successfully establishing and managing a clinic network across Europe. Under his leadership, his region's revenue grew from 125m USD to over 550m USD, with a workforce of over 4,000 employees.  

In addition to his professional achievements, Norman has also ventured into angel investing in healthcare startups and offering strategic guidance to healthcare companies and inventors. He is an early investor in neurocare.

He and his wife have 3 adult children. In his free time, Norman enjoys the great outdoors through hiking and biking, and likes exploring different destinations through travel.
