Nadia started her career in education, publishing and media during her university studies across Switzerland, the US and India. After graduating in the humanities, she joined Roche Diagnostics in a business development role and was soon selected by Global Human Resources where operational and project management responsibilities increased fast. Within less than two years, she was appointed to the position of Global Head of Attraction & Sourcing.
Nadia next moved to Novartis Oncology where she was building the Oncology Staffing function which served as the critical and sensitive interface to high touch Oncology specialists around the world.
Subsequently Nadia joined Straumann, the market leader in dental implantology, as HR and Organizational Development sparring partner for 2 of their 4 executive board members. Her leadership role soon expanded over all the regions.
After the birth of her son, Nadia decided to start her own business. She co-founded an HR Advisory Firm and now runs her own advisory boutique which is specialized in supporting organizations and leaders in change situations.
Nadia has over 15 years of experience in organizational development and human resource management, in leadership and communication, strategic staffing and international contract law. Her experience ranges across the entire organizational life-cycle: start-up, globalization, IPO, M&A, integration, reorganization and downsizing.
Her postgraduate diplomas and certifications include human resource management & organizational development, leadership, pedagogics, finance & trust management, and social media management.
Nadia likes to spend time with her family, and enjoys a good game of chess or backgammon.
